PAYROLL ADMIN WANTED
Full-time / Part-time
Description
- Process and input a bi-weekly payroll for salaried employees and a weekly payroll for hourly employees, including taxable benefits, bi-monthly sales commissions, annual bonus payments and other special payments as required in accordance with established company practices and procedures.
- Process other full cycle payroll activities and benefits administration (such as vacation requests, sick & PTO leaves, terminations, and wage adjustments)
- Preparation of all payments and remittances for source deductions (including WSIB) and employee benefits as well as journal entries including accruals, and monthly payroll reconciliations
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting
- Responsible for all year end processing including T4, T4A slips and year end reconciliations

Experiencet Here
- Experience with Dayforce or ADP is highly preferred
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience in full cycle payroll (salary & hourly) working with payrolls of 200+ employees
- Experience processing multi province payroll
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Process-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, with proven skills in organization and time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analytical & detail oriented
